Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor (Front of House)

Location: Signature Restaurant, Bolton College, Deane Road Campus
Term: Temporary – until 3rd July
Hours: Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00am – 2:00pm (additional hours may be available)
Pay Rate: £14 – £15 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview

Bolton Talent Solutions is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations at Bolton College’s Signature Restaurant.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting and coaching learners in an FE setting, combining professional hospitality standards with a strong focus on student development.

You’ll oversee service while guiding catering & hospitality students, helping them build confidence, skills, and industry professionalism in a real working environment open to the public.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise front-of-house operations including restaurant set-up, service delivery, cash/PDQ handling, and close-down
  • Coach, support, and mentor learners to deliver a professional, customer-focused service
